Requirements & qualifications:

Bachelor or above in material ,engineering or other related major
8-10 years experience in quality management function and at least 3 years in a equivalent leading position.
Proficiency and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function
Strong quality system development and maintenance experience
Demonstrated communication skills and experience interacting with management, both business and technical.
Good team work and interpersonal skill
Good English skill

Responsibilities:

Improve and maintain company quality management system to comply with ISO9000/ ISO14000 requirement;
Managing documentary material quality and availability.
Ensure the proper conduct of external audits (Cerfication, customer ).
Deliver all quality assurance objectives while in compliance with all standard regulations and quality issues
Provide quality control guide to the production
Lead and guide the QA team to ensure effective quality system and preventive quality management.
Lead and drive key performance indicators to meet target set for the program / department and monitor performance
Manage process performance and to propose actions for improvement.
