JOB FUNCTION:

To assist FFT China Management team with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.

To assist FFT China Management team with internal communications for corporate culture, company activities; searching and collection of marketing data of related industries.

To report to head of corporate marketing & communication in HQ regularly for activities in the region of greater China.

Essential Functions:

1. Receives work assignments from FFT China management team and FFT HQ based on current needs in advertising or communications.

2. Meets with appropriate sales representative to discuss communication needs or participates as a member of the sales team.

3. Reviews literature in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.

4. Researches, writes, develops sketches of supporting graphics, and consults with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project. Presents recommendations to FFT China Management team.

5. Writes draft speeches for management. Arranges for necessary speaking aids. Attends the presentation and offers feedback to the speaker.

6. May develop and coordinate multimedia packages, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays or particular assignments.

7. To organize town-hall meeting for FFT China Organization

8. Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to FFT China Management Team for review and approval.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree or above in journalism, advertising, or communications, marketing.

2. At least two years of related working experience, preferably with industrial products.

3. Superior presentation and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.

4. Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
