Job Responsibilities;
- Lead a team grasp advanced manufacturing technology on equipment and provide technical expertise to support product manufacturing in the EMS area ;
- Required to play an integral role in the transition of new products into sustaining NPI builds on work time, designing and building on fixture and tooling , process setting up ,DFM analysis and ongoing support to include process support and process quality responsibilities.;
- Implement LEAN process requirements, improve yields and establish best in class manufacturing process;
- Organize the layout on process and equipment based on product and business development;
