Essential Skills required:
1.Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
2.Demonstrated experience (up to 3 years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization with more than 2 years SAP MM/WM and PP experience.
3.Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
4.A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
5.Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
6.Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
7.Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.
8.Good English and Chinese language skills
9.Execution of several implementation and rollout projects.
10.Experienced with outsourcing, contracts, and working with virtual teams.

2.Exposure to Project Management Methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1.Analysis, design and transfer of business requirements into a SAP Logistics landscape.
2.Implementation of data models, reports and applications.
3.Customizing background configurations.
4.Development of training material, configuration and process documentations and organization of training courses 5.Preparing system documentation.
6.Work to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
7.Proactively monitor the systems ensure availability of data.
8.Improvement and maintenance of systems to include rollout and upgrades.
9.Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
10.Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
11.Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
12.Identify and evaluate industry trends to serve as a source of information and advice for upper management.
13.Conducts detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.
14.Defines functional business requirements.
15.Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users.
16.Troubleshoots functional issues.
17.Revise company definition of data as defined in data dictionary.
18.Collaborates with Global Centers of Excellence for the respective technology tower.
19.Work with vendor project teams on implementation projects.
20.Provide Level 2 support of SAP Logistics applications.
