BASIC FUNCTION

Primarily responsible for handling EMC testing requirement, process, and reporting test result.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Analysis customer EMC test spec, working out test cost estimation and review supplier test capability.

2. Creates, updates and maintains the Design Verification Plan and review it with customer.

3. Review EMC test report that is from supplier and preparing the Harman test report, analyze the test result.

4. Working with team one member to go through product design process.

5. Define test parameter and method based on DVP and product spec.

6. Support the project engineer and lead the test.

7. Resolve troubles in the tests which were caused by specimen or equipment and report to project engineer.

8. Responsible for approving Pass/Fail criteria with project engineer.

9. DFMEA monitoring and DFMEA database maintenance.

10. Other assigned task.

OTHER DUTIES

Completes other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: BEE (Bachelor of Electrical) or above in related field.

Experience: Over 3 years related experience in EMC testing of automotive electrical products

Certification: No required

Software Requirement: Required: MS Excel, Power point, Word, Project, Visio

Desired: Labview

Hardware Requirement: Required: Electrical Design knowledge, RF Measurement equipments

Language: Excellent English communication ability.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Qualified skills in Electro Magnetic Compatibility testing. Automotive Electro Magnetic Compatibility testing related is a desire.

2. Sufficient knowledge at international Electro Magnetic Compatibility testing standards. Knowledge in automotive OEM testing specs is a desire.

3. Well trained in problem solving methodology. Experience of key issue problem resolving in previous job is a must.

Manual Dexterity: Work requires highly skilled and varied physical operations requiring detailed arrangements.

Physical Effort: Work requires a considerable variety of fairly steady active physical exertion with some lifting and/or continuous standing or walking.

Working Conditions: More frequent exposure to disagreeable features.

Hazards: Exposure to hazards that may result in short-term work-related absences.
