职位描述：
? Report to operation manager and provide manufacturing/process engineering support to GUPTSH Operation;
? Lead maintenance team for plant equipment preventive maintenance, include equipment, fixture and spare parts management;
? Daily Problem on spot solving to support shop floor running;
? Lead plant TPM and maintenance excellence module and drive forward to achieve company target;
? Support company lean strategy and waste elimination by optimize equipment and layout design;
? Responsible for shop floor equipment safe operation;
? Technical support on new device, equipment development and prove out;
? New project setting up include machine parameter setting , fixture adjustment, PLC change if needed and continuously optimization;
? Lead team and work with process engineer to achieve key control method for products;
? Involved in technical meeting with global team if necessary;
? Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Role Level Education Required Experience Required
 College above in mechanical or automation disciplines 1. Equipment maintenance and team management;
2. Lean principles such as 5S,TPM,STD,Pokayoke etc.;
3. Knowledge of hydraulic and air pressure transmission such as cylinder and magnet valves etc.
4. PLC program such as Omron ,Mitsubishi etc.;
5. Common knowledge of machining lathe and equipment circuit diagram, ability of CNC program is a plus;
6. Knowledge of general common fixture design and working theory;
7. In-touch software application ,Wonder-ware software is a plus;
8. AutoCAD and office software skill;
9. Communication skills in English.





Required Skills:
? Below 40 years old, college above in mechanical or automation disciplines;
? Minimum 3 year’s experience of equipment maintenance and team management;
? Profound experience in lean principles such as 5S,TPM,STD,Pokayoke etc.;
? Good knowledge of hydraulic and air pressure transmission such as cylinder and magnet valves etc.
? Profound experience in PLC program such as Omron ,Mitsubishi etc.;
? Familiar with common machining lathe and equipment circuit diagram, ability of CNC program is a plus;
? Knowledge of general common fixture design and working theory;
? Familiar with in-touch software application ,Wonder-ware software is a plus;
? Proficient in AutoCAD and office software;
