Job Description
1. Brief Description
This position is to provide total HR function support to GSC management and employee to facilitate the rapid business growth of the centre. This position is to build employee and organization excellence by ensuring optimal flexibility in human resources planning, recruitment, allocation and administration, development and retention in order to support business needs of functions, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with HR Operations strategy.

2. Key Result Areas
What does the job need to deliver? How is it measurable?
- Recruitment -ensure manpower planning and supplymeet business needs.
- Compensation and benefit administration - maintain internal equity and external competitiveness for C&B exercise in GSC, maintain high level cost-effectiveness on manpower cost.
- Training and development - build up training effectiveness and provide solutions for talent development in line with organizational growth.
- Performance management - partner with business owners to build up a performance-driven culture.
- Labor relations - provide internal consultation service on labor relations to business partners and employees, provide solution to support a well-maintained environment of labor relations.
- Employee Retention - partner with business owners to develop and implement effective employee retention scheme.
- HR management system - establish and continuously improve HR-related policies and procedures to support the people management of the organization.

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Plan and organize recruitment activities based on business hiring request and talent market trends;
- Supervise and handle compensation and benefits operation including annual compensation review, offer proposal, payroll delivery and individual income tax affairs etc.;
- Design, implement training and development programs and evaluate, analyze training result to facilitate the organization's talent development;
- Monitor GSC performance management process and ensure a performance-driven environment is well maintained;
- In compliance with current labor legislation, solve labor issue as needed, proactively provide consultation and solutions to prevent incurrence of labor issue;
- Report and analyze employee attrition status, work on action plans to improve turnover, meantime work on retention scheme for organization stabilization;
- Establish company policies and procedures related to people management, review and update regularly based on the change of legislations and business needs.
- Manage allocated budget and vendors properly in order to provide the best cost-effective services.
- Total HC supported: 800.


Job Requirements
- University degree.
- More than 10-year relevant working experience as a HR generalist in multinational companies, at least 5 years in managerial position.
- Good English language skills in both written and spoken.
- Familiar with market trend of employment and development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Flexible to manage multi-tasks and adaptable for a matrix organization.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Strong people management skills.
- Team player.
