职位描述：
工作职责：
As a key member of Asia IDC engineering team, you will be responsible for design and development of new leading technology/product, to improve & enhance components category competitive competency, its primary responsibility for:
作为研发团队的一员，主责是对新产品的设计和开发，同时对现有产品配件进行改良和提高。
1. Marketing survey & Customer Voice to identify any potential technology needs
通过市场调研了解客户对产品的潜在技术需求
2. Competitors products benchmark to dig out improved technology requirement
了解竞争对手的产品基准来挖掘更好的技术要求
3. Support ceramic platform advanced development in components/application
帮助陶瓷平台进行相关配件开发
4. Build up & Rolling change technical 5 years roadmap, link with marketing PM to finalize the future related NPD roadmap
建立5年技术开发路线图，和市场部一起制定相关新产品开发路线图
5. Work internally & externally to develop new components, to support new product launch in schedule
与内外部协作开发新配件，协助新产品在计划时间内上市
6. In charge of manual bidet, accessories development, cross support Ceramic/Vanity etc… category new product launch
负责坐浴盆，卫浴配饰开发，如陶瓷和浴室柜等配件
7. Design to Cost, provide competitive cost solution with high quality
进行成本控制，提供具有竞争性及高质量产品的成本方案
8. Driving technology & platform standardization & synergy in region/global level
在亚太及全球性地区，推动技术和工作平台标准化同步化
9. Work with Proc. & SQE for supplier audit/approval
同Proc. & SQE进行供应商审核



任职资格：
1. Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
2. Strong communication skills & English skill
3. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Pro-E
4. Drive projects aggressively
5. Working with passion
6. Well understand Asia VC product marketing trend and needs, vs. key competitor
7.Well understand VC components industry norms/standards, like tank trims, seat, rubber, plastic part, finishes etc…
8. Be familiar with NPD&MFG process, OEM/ODM process
9. With at least 6~8 years in experience in engineering development
10. Well project management skill
