Job Requirements:

-Five (5) or more years of related experience.

-Bachelor degree in Engineering, mechanical engineering preferred.

-Thorough knowledge of 3D-CAD/Solid Modeling, drafting and detailing.

-General knowledge of materials and manufacturing practices.

-Knowledge of mathematics including trigonometry, geometry and algebra.

-Broad understanding of drafting standards.

-Fluent oral and written working capability in English.

Job Responsibility:

1.Generally take direction from design engineering manager, product management, and support engineers on assignments relating to product design, drafting and documentation.

2.Responsible for any design changes required from China sales/Marketing and facility

3.Provide supervisions to design engineers or draftsmen.

4.Work from sketches and layouts to help create and develop simple subsystem designs involving original layouts.

Estimate drafting requirements for projects.

5.Assume responsibility for other product related documentation.

-Monitors and/or completes all project documentation. Maintains required records.

-Documents such as: parts lists, BOM’s, new product releases, engineering change orders and engineering specifications.

6.Assist in prototype fabrication and testing.

-At times assists in initiating and expediting prototype fabrication.

-At times follows prototype assembly.

7.Perform checking function.

8.Assist other departments and customers in resolving product problems.

9.Perform other duties as required. May perform duties in higher classifications for training purposes.

10.Ability to work efficiently and achieve project timeline.

11.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet project goals.
