职位描述
Mandatory Required:
College graduated and 3+ year min experience as a sales/marketing position or project management position, technical sales background position.
College English class 4
Automotive industry knowledge (TS16949), lean manufacturing and project management skill.
Be familiar with Computer office software
Preferred:
Business study background is preferred.
Automotive and multinational company background is preferred.
Engineering background and project management backgroup is preferred.
College English class 6+
Japanese, Korean, German and other European language skill.
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Achieve the quarterly/yearly new business sales growth ( USD100,000 growth in the first fiscal year, USD250,000 growth since the second working year, and USD400,000 growth since the third working year and continuously.) The organic business growth from the existing business will be only considered within this point
2.Achieve the new customer account number with a strategic and long term business meaning for +6 in every fiscal year.
3.Accomplish the assigned yearly sales budgets and provide the good sales forecasting to the supervisor and internal operation team.
4.Reporting the customer issues, complaints, competition status, and new business status in a monthly base and key account business developments strategy in a quarterly base. Working with the team to provide the territory business strategy report by the products group, or market group.
5.General purpose for the pre-sales phase:
1)Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
2)Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
3)Forward orders to the customer service team.
4)Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
5)Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
6)Negotiate details of contracts and payments, and prepare sales contracts and order forms.
7)Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
8)Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
9)Make the essential marketing promotion in the area and attend the trade show,etc.
10)Organizing the customer seminar and presentation.
6.General purpose for the after-sales phase:
1)Working as a team member to achieve the customer satisfaction to give all kind of supports for the existing customer regular visiting , quality issue resolution, payment issue clarification, technical Q&A after sales, customer care, customer concern survey, etc
2)Chasing the customer payment punctually.
