1. Development and implement coil spring process(PFMEA,Process Flow Chart,Working instruction,etc)in order to produce quality parts in accordance to customer specifications.
2.Explore/design/install manufacturing process equipment/JIG/Fixture/Tooling/layout.
3.Provide operation training to production trainer.
4.Work on continuous improvement trough waste reduction,process simplification and standardization of task.
5.Prepare monthly report to report out progress update.
6.Monitor,evaluate,analyse the key indicators of product and process quality(e.g.Reject,External PPM,Customer Complaint,FPY,etc.)to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality control.
7.Conduct lean production activity and eliminating 7 waste.
