职位描述
Principle Accountabilities:
l Develop and establish plans for quality, productivity and cost improvement;
l Manage the company wide quality programs/functions, maintain the company Quality manual and identify quality related training for in-house employees;
l Ensure compliance of ISO9000 Standard and Flextronics quality management system;
l Conduct periodic management review board;
l Assume the role of management representative (ISO);
l Organize and continuously review the technical competence within the department to meet the needs of the business. Apply innovative concepts and initiative programs for achieving the lowest optimum manufacturing cost to meet the product quality requirement;
l Measure customer satisfaction, analyse and ensure effective resolution of customer's complaints;
l Steering the quality improvement committee;
l To develop and implement the supplier quality management system;
l Be responsible for training and developing subordinates;
l Budget analysis and control.
l Set up and follow up top management communication (metrics, KOI, product trends, etc) forums.
l Other duties as required;
Requirements:
1.Education / Experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training plus a minimum of 8 years of management experience. A Master's or MBA degree is preferred.
Automotive PCBA/SMT exp. required.
2. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. Must have knowledge of both national and international government regulatory agency standards. Demonstrated skills in project management and ability to train others to lead projects. International travel may be required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
3.Scope / Impact
Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site. Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. May have P&L responsibility for the function. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
4. Decision Making / Discretion
Makes decisions for the function and the site. Decisions may affect site.
5. Supervision / Leadership
Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans. Ensures Flextronics values are part of site work life. Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site
