职位描述
1.Responsible for powertrain or chassis business engineering issues for local market;
2.Define products and reply customer engineering questions;
3.Testing and verification process;
4.Pre-sales for new customers and new projects;
5.After-sale service,suspension or power train problems solving together with quality people;
6.Support project management for new project before SOP and sales running business,mass delivery;
Authority and responsibility:
1. Promote Mubea power train or chassis in local market through engineering presentation;
2. Communication and clarify customers for any Mubea suspension or power train engineering issues;
3. Support quality people to solve quality problems;
4. Regular visiting existing customers for after-sale service;
5. Internal coordination with production and quality departments to provide good service to customer;
6. Undertake tasks assigned from senior management;
Support sales for new business development.
