Responsibility:
1. Establish a project file for each current project and know-how
2. Define project team and their responsibilities
3. Create time schedule and milestone issues for all Transmission Disc Spring projects
4. Actively communicate with production, logistics, sales, quality and purchasing departments for their plans
5. Update and manage project file every day
6. Organize weekly project meeting and record meeting minutes
7. Follow up open issues and find the related persons to solve the problems
Requirement:
1. 5~8 years Project Management experience in automotive components
2. Strong communication and organizing skills
3. Fluent English skills
