职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、变速箱软件功能的标定（例如：换挡品质，换挡图谱，T/C图谱等），包括DCT、AMT、AT和CVT等自动变速箱
2、指导发动机和变速箱控制软件及标定工程师以达到最优的汽车驾驶质量和性能
3、执行和支持车辆及台架相关测量任务及结果验证
4、与客户讨论分析技术问题寻找解决方法和途径
5、支持与帮助销售过程中的技术部分
6、负责变速箱控制功能和系统属性的开发
7、负责开发标定方法、工具、流程和技术
8、通过相互学习、技术支持以及研发活动促进公司内部的技术能力
9、上级安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、车辆工程或机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历
2、3年及以上汽车行业工作经验
3、2年以上变速箱标定经验
4、拥有使用标定方法、工具和技术的丰富知识
5、在数据分析或汽车评估上有较强的能力
6、有驾照且能熟练驾驶汽车
7、英语口语熟练
8、工作独立，有时需要去外地出差

具有以下能力者优先考虑：
1、熟练的驾驶技能及了解各类的车辆驾驶质量主观目标
2、熟知发动机和变速箱控制系统和标定需求
3、熟练运用CAN以及各类数据采集测量工具，例如：IMC、Native Instruments、CANape和INCA
4、熟练运用办公室软件（如Outlook、PPT、Word、Excel等）
5、书写报告的经验
6、会运用MATLAB 或Simulink

Roles and Responsibility：

1.Calibration of gearbox software functions (e.g. shift quality, shift patterns, T/C maps, etc.) for automatic transmissions including DCT, AMT, AT and CVT
2.Guiding the engine and transmission control software and calibration engineers to achieve the optimal vehicle drive quality and performance.
3.Perform and support vehicle and test bench measurement tasks for attribute related tasks and evaluate results.
4.Discuss and analyses technical problems and possible solutions with customers;
5.Support all sales activities technically
6.Responsible for development of transmission control functions and system attributes
7.Responsible for developing calibration methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques
8.Responsible to contribute of technical competence within company through mutual teaching, technical support, and research activities
9.Other tasks that are assigned by Superior.

Essential Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above degree in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
2.At least three years working experience in the automotive industry
3.At least two years transmission calibration experience
4.Deep understanding of use of calibration methodologies, tools, and techniques
5.Solid capability for data analysis or vehicle assessment
6.Have driving license and skillfully in driving.
7.Can communicate in English fluently.
8.Work independently and sometimes travelling to exotic locations


Desirable Skills

1.Confident driving ability and knowledge of the subjective drive quality targets for various types of vehicle applications
2.Deep knowledge of engine and transmission control systems and calibration requirements
3.Proficient in using CAN and data acquisition measurement tools such IMC, Native Instruments, Vector CANape, INCA.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office
5.Report writing
