Main Responsibility:
1.Project operations management
-Manage new project startup by NPI methodology
-Manage customer forecast, order, quality and delivery as the leader of multi-functional project team
2.Customer Relationship
-To be the communication bridge between customer and internal project team for daily issues
-Build up and maintain a good relationship with customer for the long-term business development
-Implement the customer contract and provide inputs according to actual operations of project
3.Project cost/Profit management
-Be responsible for project P&L and other project financial indicators, e.g. inventory turns, overdue AR, etc.
-Coordinate RFQ from existing customer


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experience in EMS industry on PM/PA/BM.
2.Business fluent for written and spoken English
3.Have a good understanding on EMS business model and operational knowledge
4.Have a proactive personality with excellent communication skills
5.Strong mindset of execution and implementation with strong leadership and teamwork spirit
6.Good at logical judgment based on numerical and verbal analysis
7.Certified Project management professionals like PMP or IPMP and/or proficient knowledge of 2nd foreign language is preferred.
