Responsibilities:
1.Supporting work to sales team
- Visit potential customers upon sales team's request or when necessary
- Coordinate customer's visit to company, including questionnaire fill-out, company presentation, line tour, etc.
- Communicate company direction and work out sales strategy with sales team towards potential customer.
2.Internal pre-project management
- Work as contact window of RFQ status between internal team and sales/customer
- Negotiate contract with customers on behalf of commercial team
- Work with Program Manager on project schedule, NPI readiness to ensure a smooth start up of project
3.Marketing activities
- Give support and assistance to marketing team on advertising activities such as Expo, newsletter, website sales, etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years experience in EMS industry.
2. Have a good understanding on EMS business model and operational knowledge
3. Experience as project/program management or project engineer is preferred
4. Business fluent for written and spoken English
5. Have a proactive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
