职位描述
职位概要:
协助销售经理完成销售部日常事务性工作。
岗位职责:
1、依据合同开具“产品出货通知单”,经过各部门签字后交发运部门办理出货;
2、代理进口产品的订单成本价格核算,原装附件匹配型号配置确认;
3、公司产品匹配型号,配置确认并通过财务部门核算毛利;
4、货物发出后,按照合同内容申请开具发票并且负责发票的登记于邮寄;
5、每周一,周四统计整理确认本月出货量进展;
6、需要公司派工程安装的机器,需要及时与徐经理确认,配合完成《安装申请单》发给售后服务部门;
7、根据经理的指示处理与各地区销售人员及客户的业务联系,(包括合同确认,发货时间,机器配置,督促业务人员销售预测及时反馈,催收货款);
8、按照规范(审计要求)制作公司内部订单合同;
9、展会样机需要及时确认,审批后,及时下单,保证出货时间;
10、负责销售合同的分类、归档、保存、并建立电脑台账工作;
11、负责建立健全客户档案信息系统,并及时维护更新;
12、做好“销售记录”,根据发货信息,及时补充机器编号,手机编号的录入;
13、建立并维护销售人员的应收账款、销售量、销售额及到账时间;
14、建立特殊大客户应收账款明细;
15、建立订单信息汇总台账;
16、与财务部门核对销售数据,定期完成业务员的提成计算;
任职资格:
大专及以上学历,市场营销或行政管理等相关专业毕业。工作细心、认真负责、工作态度严谨。
素质要求:
能熟练运用电脑,尤其是Excel表格操作熟练,并具备一定的财务知识。
专业知识:
能够掌握产品的配置要求和合同的技术规范。
技能技巧:
能和业务人员以及经销单位很好的沟通。CET-4及以上,具有基本的英语听说读写能力。
经验:
一年以上内勤工作经验,具有销售内勤工作经验者优先。
Position Summary:
Assist sales manager to finish the sales department daily routine work.
Job Responsibility:
1、According to the contract issued" product delivery notification", after all departments signed,shipping departments for shipment;
2、Acting for the order of import products to calculate the cost accounting, Making sure the original annex will match the mode;
3、Confirming the products match models and calculate the Gross margin;
4、After sending the goods, according the contents of the contract for the invoice and be Responsible for register and delivery.
5、Every Monday and Thursday confirmed the statistics of monthly shipments;
6、All the machines need to be installed require time confirmation with manager Xu ,Handing up the install application form to after sales department;
7、According to the manager's instruction to deal with the salesmen and customers’ business contact(Contract confirmation, delivery time, machine configuration feedback Payment collection);
8、According the rules of company to produce the contract;
9、Prototype need timely confirmation, Ensure the shipping time;
10、Responsible for the sales contract classification, filing, storage and work with the computer;
11、Be responsible for establishing customer record information system, maintain and update the system;
12、Update the sales records, according the information to update the machine number and mobilephone number;
13、Establish and maintain the salesmen’ deadline of Accounts receivable, Sales volume and sales;
14、Establish customer accounts receivable subsidiary;
15、Establish the order information;
16、Checking with the sales datas , Regularly calculate sales commission;
Qualifications:
College or above, major in marketing, administration or related. Be careful, responsible and precise.
Quality:
Be skilled in computer especially be good at excel and have basic financial knowledge.
Professional Knowledge:
Have the knowledge of the requirements of the configuration of the products and the technical regulations of the contract.
Skills:
Have the good communication with the sales people and the dealers. CET-4 or above; have basic English listening speaking reading and writing capacity.
Experience:
With one year admin working experience. The working experience of sales admin is an advantage.
