Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading mould production towards continuous growth and creates a culture of continuous improvement. Management Production, Maintenance, Processing Improvement and Will work closely with Design, Project, SCM and other support departments to ensure functional operations

Essential Functions:

u Direct and manage operations to meet the following target: On time delivery of high quality

u Optimum process, production schedule, subcontractor selection and follow up.

u Problem solving ,Continuous cost optimization such as materials, hours and other consumption supplies

u Build and maintain technical document.

u Manage, review and evaluate environmental policies, safety, and workshop discipline

u Other work assigned by the GM, such as Strategic planning, business plan, support local marketing development. .

Requirement

u 35 years above,university degree in mould making or machining

u 10 years working experience in high quality mould making factory, 5years management experience.

u Knows all mould d structure, designing, process and machining.

u Familiar with mould quality control and problem solving.

u Well organized. Highest ethical standards. Excellent communication and people management.

u English proficiency in both written and oral
