职位描述：
Job Responsiblity
1. Maintain a good equipment maintenance system and Execute PM tasks and other unplanned maintenance works, ensure equipment are maintained in a good status.
2. Leading and coaching technician(s) to carry out maintenance work. Develop technicians’ knowledge and capability
3. Work with production team, conduct training to operators for simple machine maintenance / trouble shooting activity.
4. Support new equipment installation and commissioning, and related validation work.
5. Develop and maintain an effective PM program, including procedures, maintenance tasks, scheduling, spare parts and records.
6. Identify and implement improvement programs /activates to drive better compliance and equipment performance.
7. Ensure all maintenance practices are compliance with EHS policies.
Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor degreeor above
2. At least 6 years working experience
3.Solid knowledge of facility installation&testing
