职位描述：
1. 负责总部及四家工厂的财务月结工作，负责提供集团合并报表和财务说明。
Responsible for monthly closing for HQ and 4 plants, prepare for HQ Monthly Financial Reports, Group consolidation reports and Financial Statements to shareholders.

2. 负责审核总部会计资料的合法性和真实性，符合相关《中国会计准则》以及公司费用报销制度。
Responsible for checking accounting vouchers are legal and actual, complying with China Accounting Standards and GONVVAMA Reimbursement Regulations.

3. 负责总部帐务处理，审核四家工厂帐务处理，确保会计处理符合中国会计法和通用会计准则相关规定。
Responsible for HQ bookkeeping, inspecting accounting transactions for 4 plants according to Chinese accounting rules and GAAP.

4. 负责总部增值税发票认证，增值税报表编制及月度申报工作。
Responsible for HQ VAT invoices verifying & monthly declaration on Tax Bureau website on time.

5. 负责总部外币合同备案工作，所得税及地方税费扣缴申报工作.
Responsible for HQ Contract (in foreign currency) recording on tax website timely, withholding tax declaration payment.

6. 负责总部新员工财务规章及费用报销制度培训事宜。
Responsible for training program on GONVVAMA Financial Management Policy for HQ new staff.

7. 负责编制集团现金流报表，编制总部及四家工厂付款计划，合理分配自有资金。
Responsible for follow-up cash flow and schedule payment plan timely for HQ and 4 plants.

8. 负责在外管网站及时登记股东注册资本，及时向银行提交相关资料完成实收资本收汇工作。
Responsible for capital injection registration in SAFE website, providing documents to Bank to fulfil the paid-in capital receiving procedure.

9. 负责集团内部借款资金分配和记录，财务费用和收入的预提，增值税发票及时开具。
Responsible for Group internal loan allocation and recording, Financial expenses and interest revenue accrual, invoice issuing to subsidies timely.

10. 负责季度总部费用分摊方案编制，集团利润预测与控制。
Responsible for allocation HQ expenses plan to control Group profit forecast properly before CIT declaration quarterly.

11. 负责每月编制总部及子公司合并资本支出执行情况表，实际与预算对比分析。
Responsible for completing CAPEX implementation situation table and budget comparison analysis table of HQ and 4 plants monthly.

12. 负责总部固定资产和无形资产编号申请，固定资产和无形资产创建工作，审核月度折旧SAP系统运行的准确性。
Responsible for HQ Fixed assets and intangible assets creation in SAP, Investment Order application, follow-up the monthly depreciation in SAP system.

13. 负责总部及四家分公司季度盘点工作，进行盘点差异分析和差异调整。
Responsible for stock-taking plan implementation in HQ and 4 plants quarterly, variances analysis and accounting adjustments.

14. 负责总部会计凭证和月度税务申报表的打印及文档整理工作。
Responsible for monthly documentation work for HQ Accounting vouchers, tax reports and government reports.

15. 负责总部中期及年度财务审计工作。
Responsible for interim and annual Financial audit work for HQ.

16. 负责集团相关财务制度的更新及发布。
Responsible for updating company Financial Regulation and circulation.

17. 完成经理及管理层交办的其他临时性任务。
Other temporary tasks arranged by line Manager or management level.

Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related major
- At least 5 years of working experience as GL accountant in foreign invested company
- Excellent English both in spoken and written, good communication skills
- Skilled in Excel and computer operation
- Familiar with SAP,Yongyou Financial Software
