职位描述：
Requirements:
1.Over three years rotary machine working experience, and with over one year working experience as technician during Die cut field.
至少有三年以上模切行业圆刀工作经验，并且有一年以上打样技术员的工作经验。
2. Strong analysis and solve problem logic/ability.
具有比较强的分析和解决问题逻辑和能力。
3. Junior secondary school or above
初中以上学历
4.Responsible ,self-motivated, team-working spirit
有责任心,积极主动,团队工作精神,

Responsibility:
1.Involve the NPI trail run, then deliver the training to RDC operator, and collect all new project date.
参与新项目打样,在试生产过程中，对技工培训，收集新项目的数据
2. When machine operator has no ability to setup some parts number, the technician need be involve and help machine operator to solve this problem. 及时参与和帮助技工调试产品。
3.When any quality issue occurred，the technician need analysis it and dig
out root cause, and take corrective and preventive action.
分析和找出质量事故的根本原因，并且提出改善意见。
4.工艺流程确认，使工艺流程更加稳定或者优化流程减少人力/费用。
Verify the production process, make sure all parts number process is more stable or optimize some process to reduce the manpower/cost.
5. Can make some tooling or fixture, improve the production efficiency.
