Qualification requirement:

1.Good English skill both in verbal and written

2.Familiar with ISO9000 system and good working knowledge of ERP systems

3.Excellent skill for office software, such as Excel, Powerpoint;

4.Three years or above working experience in foreign mechanical manufacture company, working as purchasing, manufacturing (process, production management or plan) or engineering design.

5.College or above education background in engineering/business field

6.Integrity, good ethics and proactive;

7.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good team work.



Main Responsibility:

1.Supplier development and management, long term contract negotiation with supplier;

2.According to material plan to release Purchasing PO or contract to supplier;

3.Be responsible for material delivery schedule and cooperate with planners to control inventory;

4.Support SQE and/or service engineer to solve supplier's quality issue.

5.Supplier development plan/suggestion for his/her managed supplier

6.Complete any other tasks assigned by Material Manager.
