1. Take part in the whole process of NPI, status tracking, parameter collection, MP data prediction (including sub-contractor)
2. Co-work with capacity planner. Coordinate and driving related department to solve the gap of capacity.
3. Layout optimization. Adjust or optimize the layout base on capacity/operation/improve requirement.
4. Time/Method study. Evaluate online/offline loading, optimize the work flow, review and control the manpower ratio.
5. VSM study. Point out the break point, driving the Kaizen and Lean projects.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with the operation/NPI process
2. Experienced on time/working study, layout optimization
3. Good at VSM analysis and process improve.
4. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or above
5. Over 2 years' industrial engineering experience on the field of Semi-Conductor or related.
6. Good team working and leading, good communication
7. Fluent oral and written English, skilled of computer and office
