Main responsibilities:
1.Maintaining and updating the records in C&B, personnel system (database & hard copies) accurately in a timely manner;
2.Routine tracking on performance management(Checking the monthly scoring of worker's performance is correctly understood and implemented, otherwise report in a timely manner) and tracking the systems operation;
3.Preparing payroll information for computer processing, ensuring accuracy & legalization in payroll calculation and punctually;
4.Correctly answering routine queries from employees on C&B aspects;
5.Make sure IIT, mandatory benefits and supplemental benefits to be declared, paid and claimed correctly and punctually;
6.Participation in C&B survey and assistance in C&B system maintaining and improvement initiatives;
7.Budgeting, organizing the annual medical check-up for the employees, as well as the check-up result feedback;
8.Employment contract administration incl. contract renewal(weekly), termination procedures, and up-keeping through relevant units;
9.Report on headcount (monthly), C&B summing-up(monthly & yearly), work injury & accident(monthly) accurately & punctually.

Education / Working experience:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Over 5 years working experience in HR related function of MNC. At least 3 years working in C&B of manufactory
3.Familiar with labor law and regulations
4.Proficient in English (listening, speaking and writing)
5.Excellent in MS Office.
6.Ability to communicate efficient; excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit and diligence
