DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for engineering and construction vendors selection and contract administration;
2. To provide a contracts administration support service to Project Development and Micro Grid Sales in order to ensure timely selection and appointment of appropriate contractors under legally secure and reliable contracts in the field of engineering design and construction;
3. Develop approved engineering and construction vendors with high competence;
4. Build up open, transparent, justiciable procedure and execution to guarantee competitiveness;
5. Drafting and assembling of clear and precise tender and contract documentation, ensure that works and services are tendered and awarded in time to support the project construction schedule;
6. Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members;
7. Lead contract negotiation to obtain competitive price, payment condition, etc.;
8. Closely work with procurement to optimize engineering design;
9. Set high working standard and coach team members to meet business requirements;


EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Bachelor degree or above from Engineering and construction related discipline;
2. At minimum of 15 years' experience in major development projects preferably working on behalf of the project owner. Experience in tendering and contracts administration is essential ;
3. Skillful communication and coordination in both English and Mandarin;
4. Strong leadership, motivation skills with hands on working style;
5. Professional negotiation skill and experience;
6. Integrity, open, aggressive.
