Duties & Responsibilities:

·Responsible for sales development activities for IMR Suzhou throughout China.
负责IMR测试实验室在中国的销售及市场开发。

·Execute all outside sales activities including prospecting, sales development and lead follow up for new clients throughout China, with emphasis in Suzhou SIP and Shanghai.
以苏州工业园区和上海为重点，负责中国国内所有的销售的活动，包括客户跟踪。

·Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and provide superior client attention, including regular travel to and contact with new and prospective customers in China.
在中国国内建立和维持客户关系，提供卓越的客户的关注，包括经常出差，面见新的和潜在客户。

·Prepare customer quotes for testing services for new and existing customers. Track and report on quote success rates for each type and site of testing services.

·Interface with Lab Managers and sales team / technical experts in both Asia and the US to ensure accurate understanding of available services and customer satisfaction.

·Identify and attend appropriate venues for promotional and marketing opportunities including trade shows, advertising, and other promotional opportunities in China.

·Maintain IMR Suzhou’s customer satisfaction program for appropriate areas to ensure IMR is meeting customer expectations.

·File regular trip and sales activity reports in English including projections of customer prospects and sales revenue.

·Develop proficiency with use of IMR proprietary software to generate quotes and manage customer database.

·Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications：

·Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Business / Marketing or equivalent.

·Five to seven years demonstrated successful sales experience in a scientific, service or technical field.
至少五至七年，在科学，技术服务领域具有成功的销售经验

·Hands on experience in laboratory testing, materials testing, material science or related scientific field is desirable.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
具备优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通技能。
