1）基本背景要求
Essential background requirement
1. Bachelor degree or similar in Finance, Accounting . Male is preferred
2. At least 1-2 years working Experience from the finance area is vital.
3. Well English both in written and spoken
4. Honesty, Pro-active,Good communication skills, team spirit
5. Knowledge of ERP system will be considered an advantage.
2）工作内容
1.Monthly CMS(ERP system) transaction process
-- Costing transaction tracking in CMS
-- Tracking Goods in transmit in CMS system
-- Coordinate the Operation Stat. Reporting to support the Costing Analysis
-- Booking freight in & out cost in CMS system and analysis the variance between actual & standard
-- AP&GL ledger posting in CMS
-- CM Analysis by Program (Price variance, Revaluation, Scrap, Physical inventory adjustment)
2.Monthly costing report preparation and analysis
-- Prepare monthly inventory report by program for assistant inventory control with Material manager
-- Prepare monthly manufacturing variance reports such as labor variance, standard variance, purchase price variance, etc
-- Prepare monthly reports by program for internal meetings and management, such as Production Efficiency, Scraping Cost reduction, Expenditure
Analysis Report, etc
-- Monthly premium cost report preparation and analysis, tracking the progress of improvement
3.Monthly/Quaterly/Yearly Forecast & Budget reporting
-- Prepare Quartly and Yearly forecast and budget presentation files
-- Coordinate Quartly and Yearly forecast and budget presentation files and analysis the change
4.Perform Other Assignment
-- Assistant organize Physical Inventory Taking twice in one year
-- Perform Other Assignment
