Job purpose:
Responsible for providing administration services for COMPANY Changshu site and Shanghai office. The services are to be provided in a harmonized and equal way to all COMPANY operations. The quality and cost effectiveness of the service will support COMPANY operations daily success in China.
Responsibilities / Main tasks:
? Lead administration operations, services and activities for COMPANY Changshu site and Shanghai office. Manage related vendors, local transport service, Travel service, Site/office services etc.
? Develop administration team into an efficient and high quality working team by strengthening service mindset, improving controls and emphasizing cost effectiveness
? Communicate quality issues to managers, employees and service suppliers on a timely basis to ensure all site and office issues are resolved promptly
? Review and estimate administration operation costs including various site and office services, supplies, administration related equipment purchasing /maintenance, clarify and streamline administration management process
? Identify and implement cost effectiveness by optimizing resources and continuously improving in service delivery
? Organize and deliver site and office administration activities and support event preparation as per business needs
? Provide admin process guidance and framework for COMPANY operations in China
Prerequisites:
? Strong leadership and willingness for leading the administration team to achieve functional and business targets. Supervision and management experience is preferred. Ability to network and balance various COMPANY operations needs to resources.
? Proactive and forward looking in a dynamic growth environment
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
? Customer service and business result oriented attitude, strong change agent mindset and competency
? Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills exercised in a reasonable and consistent manner
? Strong analytical, organizing and planning skills
? Excellent communication skills both in English & Chinese
