职位描述
*Pass Aliph quality standard to OEM factory and train them for fully understanding.
*Review all quality documents that OEM factory provided(SIP,ORT test procedure...)
*Plan and conduct regular system/process audit to OEM, drive for completely close loop.
*Monitor the whole process running in OEM, Found the potential problems and push OEM to do improvement.
*Drives timely resolution of issues impacting product quality.
*Review quality containment actions, Root Cause and Corrective Action reports to verify effectiveness of solutions.
*Collect the quality data of Production line for project review.
Experience/Qualifications Preferred
*Bachelors of Science degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Master degree in electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline is desirable.
*Minimum 8 years work experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations Engineering roles.
Minimum Requirements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese languages.
*Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer is desired.
*FMEA,Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control.
*Reliability and Quality sampling methodologies.
*Excellent cross-functional teamwork and project management skills.
*Ability to work proactively and independently.
