职位描述
1.Reviews supplier's Quality Assurance plans.
2.Participates in the supplier selection and qualification process.
3.Performs periodic source inspection and quality process audits at sub-suppliers
4.Ensures appropriate quality control processes are in place at suppliers.
5.Reviews quality containment actions
6.Drives timely resolution of issues impaction product quality
7.Reviews Root Cause and Corrective Action reports to verify effectiveness of solutions.
8.Review Ongoing Reliability Test processes for supplier's products
9.Applies Reliability methodologies to access field impact risk and to ensure that shipping product reliability exceeds our standards.
10.Works directly with New Product Development team to ensure the highest quality level possible for incoming materials used in product development build.
Experience/Qualifications Preferred
1.Bachelors of Science degree or Equivalent in Engineering,Master degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline in desirable.
2.Minium 5 years work experience in Quality,Manufacturing,Operations Engineering Roles.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese Languages.
2.Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer is desired.
3.FMEA,Design of Experiments,Statistical Process Control.
4.Reliability and Quality sampling methodologies.
5.Excellent cross-functional teamwork and project management skills.
6.Ability to work proactively and independently.
7.Ability to travel Internationally.
