Basic Requirement:

1)At least over 3 Experience in quality control area, at least 2 year experience in new product introduction area.

2)Knowledge in Mechanical area, better if have experience in electric area.

3)Good English and computer skills.

4)Good communication ability.

5)Above Diploma




Main responsibilities and accountabilities:

1)New product introduction review, know customer's expectation and requirement, and transfer to internal control request.

2)Make Quality Plan for new R&D part, classify the importance of quality characteristic, make FMEA.

3)Make IQC, FQC, IPQC SIP for new product.

4)Attend production review for each stage, organize responsible engineer to improve and verify the effect.

5)Attend the pilot-run review meeting and summarize quality requirement, ensure the material meeting requirement from pilot-run to mass production, and follow up the issues found in pilot-run stage.

6)Test and validate the reliability of new material in order that the quality in mass production is stable.

7)Train inspectors and leaders about new production quality control
