资历要求:
1. 中专及以上学历；化工相关专业；
2. 三年以上化工生产设施工作经验。熟悉高纯气体管路及供应系统的、或熟悉复杂设备操作的优先考虑；
技能要求:
1. 会使用PLC;
2. 对危险化学品的操作有良好的认知。
3. 良好的沟通能力
4. 好的交流者和好的问题解决者。
5. 注重行动，结果导向，注重质量
6. 快速的学习者，值得信赖
7. 团队精神；
职责：
1. 倒班作业；
2. 按SOP的要求操作玻璃沉积、玻璃处理等设备；对相关的中间产品进行检测，按时完成生产任务；
3. 生产区各种运行设备、管路的巡检任务；做好生产区的5S工作；
4. 及时记录并汇报生产中的各种安全隐患、质量问题、设备故障等；并积极参与提高生产质量、效率、成本、安全等项目工作；
5. 出现任何危及公司生产目标、要求和方针（包括质量、安全、环境等方面）的事件或情况时，及时通知相关负责人；
6. 良好的安全操作，判断能力和个人行为，防止发生安全事故；
7. 当班事故应急响应小组成员；
8. 按程序认真负责的履行工作职责，并及时汇报观察到的任何不符合公司要求事物；
9. 积极学习其他岗位的操作技能；
10. 当轮班主管不在时，代替其职责；
11. 完成主管安排的其它任务。
