Main Responsibilities

· Lead and manage Project Managers in achieving company objectives and assigned tasks.

· Provide accurate, Timely report to direct supervisor on Sustaining products and shipments.

· Provide guidance and training for Project Managers in achieving their set objectives and goals.

· Manage assigned Section and/or product range to achieving set KPI and goals.

· Participate and Lead in NPI programs where assigned.

· Provide Guidance and coaching for Contract Manufacturer PMs

· Achieve / exceed set KPI and Group Objectives as designated by Supervisor.

· Liaison between Jawbone and OEM/ODM

· Ensure proper resource allocation of both Jawbone China and Foxlink.

Details goals and Objectives

· Responsible for directing and assisting manufacturing teams in obtaining efficient execution of the manufacturing operation.

· Facilitate effective communication between Aliph US and China based OEM.

· Ensure OTD and effectiveness of Operations meetings and other meetings that supports distribution channels.

· Responsible for weekly Operations meeting for Sustaining products.

· Maintain a customer focus at OEM,Quality and On-time delivery within established cost constraints are top priority.

· Direct and supervise the activities of the OEM Program Managers and Material Planners.

· Demonstrate by example a commitment to employee involvement, participative management and continuous improvement.

· Drive and actively involved in the successful and continued attainment of production Quality, Yield, Cost and Shipment goals.

· Accelerate product development and R&D initiatives through cross functional and resourceful project management leadership, communicate with Asian suppliers and external R&D resources effectively.

· Develop and implement periodic tracking tools.

· Drive implementation of continuous improvement efforts with OEM and other Supplier as needed.

· Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews(QBR's) providing both tactical and strategic feedback.

· Track ECN changes released in Arena Documentation Control system and ensure their proper implementation at OEM.

· Provide onsite support to the Aliph R&D Team during NPI builds at OEM.

· Assist in the selection and evaluation of new suppliers.

Experience/Qualifications Preferred

· Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills.

· Must be able to take ownership of projects to drive to successful completion.

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks, and be willing to receive direction and requests from multiple people.

· Ability to work well under pressure to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously.

· Performs with sense of urgency and sensitivity to deadlines.

· Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks to appropriate staff and perform required follow up.

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

· Must be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated.

· Must be personable, work well independently, as well as in a team environment and able to motivate other.

· Must be willing to travel domestically.

· Business Administration or project management skill.

· PM training or Quality training is a plus.

Minimum Requirements.

· 10 years project management experience or an equivalent combination of project management experience in a Manufacturing environment.

· University degree with Major in Technical or Engineering background

· Proficient in Both English and Putonghua.

· Must be willing to travel domestically.

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
