要求：

1. 高中或同等以上学历；
Education: high school or above；
2. 机械专业背景或塑料相关专业背景；

Mechanical or plastics related background is a plus

3. 有车床加工经验者优先考虑；

With lathe manufacturing experiences with be preferred.
4. 有制造类产品的生产的相关经验：设备调试、首件检查、文件记录、异常改善等方面的经验;
Have products knowledge and experience of manufacturing: machine setup, FAI, documentations
troubleshooting;
5. 能够理解一般工艺操作说明书、零件图纸，并根据具体要求操作和调校相关设备;
Be able to understand machine setup parameter, drawing and adjust the machines properly;
6. 能够使用长度、高度游标卡尺等相关量具;
Be able to use vernier calipers and related measures;
7. 具备基本的安全防护知识和化学品管理常识;
Have knowledge of personal protection and chemical management;

8. 熟悉塑料模具，塑料加工机器和成型工艺 Familiar with plastic molds / machines and process control (Only for injection molding and melt blow
technicans);
9. 熟悉模具的修理、维护和保养和文件管理;
Familiar with molds repair / maintenance and documentations (Only for tooling maintenance
technicians);
10. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力;
Good team work spirit and communication skill;
11. 高度的产品质量意识和工作责任心，热爱技术员工作岗位。
Have sense on quality and responsibility, and have passion on technicians'' position.

职责：
1. 负责设备运行和产品切换的设置、工艺参数的调整和记录工作;
Responsible for machines'' setup / changeover, and documentations as required;
2. 指导作业员和生产领班相关的产品要求;
Training operators and line leaders on operation method of products;
3. 支持生产班组解决生产过程中出现的产品质量问题，保证在最短的停机时间内提供符合质量标准要求的产品;
Troubleshooting on line, minimize downtime and ensure the products with good quality;
4. 参与设备日常维护和保养;
Participate in daily TPM;
5. 配合工程师完成新产品试生产以及日常的改善工作;
Assisting Engineers to do trial run of new products and daily improvements;
6. 按照要求管理模具和工具，做好日常保养和相关记录;
Follow the process to do maintenance and documentations for all tools;
7. 参与现场的5S管理和精益生产理念的贯彻和实施;
Participate in daily 5S management and implement lean manufacturing;
8. 愿意配合生产线加班。
Willing to work over time if production need.
