职位描述:
1. As a regional contact window and liaise officer, handle daily telephone calls and filter harassing calls;
2. Manage incoming mail and parcels for company guests, welcome and send off the guests, help the guests with the tea;
3. Maintain the office hardware:
(1) Office supply management, like water & green plant;
(2) Quarterly carpet cleaning by admin vendor;
(3) Keep contact with the property management to maintain the lights, door locks, air conditioning, drink water and electricity equipment, etc.
4. Update and release employee contact phone list every 1-2 months;
5. Assist Shanghai & Beijing employees to print business cards in the event of approval from whose departments’ head.
6. Handle monthly administrative bills and make payment requests;
7. Assist the office manager & Finance with the annual office budget;
8. Assist the office manager in the large events: Annual Dinner, Outing, MOS, birthday parties, 5S, Green Day, other temporary events, etc.;
9. Complete the company's required ASAT self-test in time;
10. Yearly contract renewal and supplier management;
11. Other tasks assigned by the leaders;
Skills and qualifications required:
1. Fluent Mandarin;
2. Master basic English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating skills, must be able to write English mails;
3. Be executive, understand the supervisor’s orders correctly.
4. Have ability to communicate across departments, identifying priorities, and act accordingly;
