1. Lead supplier development projects and continuous improvement activities
2. Monitor supplier performance and ensure key commodities are delivered within specification
3. Negotiate and administer contracts and agreements with various suppliers
4. Identify supplier non-conformance trends
5. Negotiate service levels with suppliers
6. Identify opportunities for cost savings
7. Develop and document business processes, policies, and procedures between domestic and international facilities
8. Resolve customer service issues by working with suppliers
9. Help suppliers to develop key systems for success
10. Establish processes and controls over all procurement tools
