The SAP Competency Center organization belong to BU Information Management and is responsible for giving high quality global support to the organization through own personnel and outsourced services of the global SAP R/3 ECC6 client. The central support organization work through a network of key users from the business organization who are located on different sites worldwide. The SAP Application Manager will report to the SAP Competency Center Manager based in Sweden

Responsibilities:
？ Be responsible for all administrative issues within the sales department
？ Assist Expancel Sales Manager dealing with sales figures and market information
？ Make customer service activities are performed efficiently and effectively; to handle financial issues for import and sales of Expancel via Eka
？ Be the contact person to Expancel functions in China & Sweden, Eka Suzhou/Guangzhou and Credit control, Legal Counsel in Shanghai
？ Maintain and update ISO documents of Sales department
？ Be responsible for all marketing & advertising issues for Expancel
？ Find and evaluate the relevant suppliers of admin & marketing issues
？ Make Supply Contract & Sales Order for Internal Use
？ Make Acknowledgement of Order, cargo delivery in SAP System, check the invoice for Eka account


Requirements:
？ College education, two-year working experience recommended
？ Customer service-oriented
？ Good communication and interpersonal skill
？ Knowledge and understanding of the HSE and Quality policy
？ Computer literate
