GE Energy — Oil & Gas — Drilling & Production – Pressure Control

GE石油天然气压力控制（苏州）有限公司（原伍德压力控制（苏州）有限公司）成立于2007年1月，于2011年4正式加入GE， 工厂位于苏州工业园区，整合后属于GE能源集团下的石油与天然气集团，产品包括节流阀，闸阀等各种阀门以及各种井口设备。我们的产品按照美国石油标准协会（API ）6A标准进行生产并获得认证，并且通过ISO 9001 质量体系认证、ISO 14001环境管理体系认证及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

目前，苏州工厂约有150名员工，7000平方米的车间具备全面的制造（机加工，自动堆焊）、装配测试及检验能力，同时还提供先进的培训、售后服务及支持，为井口压力控制应用提供定制化产品、服务及诊断设备。

GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co, Ltd (The former Wood Group Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co., Ltd) was acquired by GE Oil & Gas in April’ 2011. The facility locates in Suzhou Industrial Park with key technologies on Chokes, Valves and wellheads. The facility is ISO9001, ISO14004, OHSAS18001 registered and licensed. The products are certified for API 6A.

Up to today the 7000 square meter workshop provides complete manufacturing (including machining and automated cladding), assembly, testing and inspection services for our full line of wellhead pressure control equipment with approximately 150 employees

Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

▪ Be responsible for NDT inspections of the work-pieces and parts to ensure conformance to specifications per corresponding procedures. Keep proper inspection record and monitors inspection status.负责按标准和相应流程对零件及产品进行NDT检验及记录并监控检验状态。
▪ Checks and confirms the parts supplied by supplier according to test report.
负责按入厂零件对供货商提供的检验报告进行核对确认。
▪ Be responsible for daily action of the 6S in the inspection area.
负责检验现场6S落实。
▪ Be responsible for daily maintenance and calibration for testing tools, NDT inspecting equipments, etc.
负责公司检验、NDT测试、试验设备的日常维护及校验。
▪ Reads blueprints or engineering specifications to obtain product information such as specified material, surface finish, and dimensions.
阅读设计图纸和工程说明书，获取有关产品用料，表面处理及尺寸等方面信息并核对图纸中尺寸数值。
▪ Controls and keeps for relevant documentation and record in inspection area.
检验用相关文件和记录的控制和保管。
▪ Knows and participates in process nonconforming product control.
了解和参与实施生产过程中对不合格产品的控制。
▪ Assists QA to make weekly, monthly quality reports.
协助工程师完成相关质量周报、月报工作。
▪ Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ At least three-year NDT inspection experience, have the level Ⅱ certificate or above.
3年以上的磁粉、超声、或荧光渗透实践工作经验，有无损检测二级证书或以上；
▪ Exactly knows ISO 9000 or other quality management system.
熟悉ISO9000或其它质量管理系统
▪ Experienced in ERP, MS OFFICE and other software.
有企业管理信息系统（ERP）的认识和使用经验；熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件
▪ Enough knowledge and experience with NDT, machining, assembly of Mechanical products
在机械产品的无损检测、加工及组装有足够的知识及经验
▪ Mature, active and positive. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
成熟，积极，主动的专业工作精神，并克服工作上的一切困难，能承受工作压力
▪ Good relationship with other colleagues良好的人际关系
