REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree,At least 3 year operation experience in manufacturing, experience in mechanical industry is preferred
2.Understand labor market in suzhou and HR business partner experience is a plus
3.Good communication and influence skill
4.Quick learner
5.Good Team work
6.Good spoken and written English
RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company's business strategy in order to ensure company's long-term viability, profitability and market share.
2.To collect payroll-related data information, To update and adjust personnel and payroll related records to ensure the correctness and accuracy
3.Manage SI, HF, IIT related issue.
4.Personnel procedure implementation:
- on-board
- checkout
- contract management
- probation management
- SOP implementation and continue improvement
5.HR Data Management:
- Attendance management
- HR-related system maintenance & fully using
- Reporting can meet on-time delivery and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure p-file is well-organized
6.Benefit management:
- commercial insurance: well manage vendor and ensure the claim cycle
- medical checkup: handle on schedule and achieve good customer satisfaction
- Manage related vendors in an efficient way
7.Build good relationship between Recruitment SSC & BHR /Line Managers/Employees through regular communication meeting and daily communication
