3.Purchasing, production or engineering working experience, lean manufacture preferred
4.Coordination & negotiation skill
5.English oral and written

职位职责：1.Overall development and implementation of purchasing plan for materials in accordance with the target set by the company and carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing manager or designed team leader.
2.To identify , assess and propose suppliers in accordance with the target set by the company and the purchasing standard procedure operation procedures.
3.To manage and control of the suppliers in terms of their overall performance ( such as the quality , delivery, price and service etc )
4.To monitor the changes of the market price and conditions and analysis the impact of such changes to the competition.
5.Purchasing documents and data management.
