1.Bachelor degree or above major in Electrical Engineering学士学位或以上，电气相关专业
2.3~5 years experiences in DI/PSB/switchgear Panel Builder experience in tendering preferred3~5年在设计院、供电系统、成套厂的技术类工作经验，除技术背景外，在投标及商务领域有经验者优先
3.Medium voltage electric apparatus and application knowledge中压电气设备，开关柜及应用知识
4.Written English英语具备书面阅读及书写能力

职位职责：1.The Tendering & technical support Engineer is responsible for delivering the tendering and quotation plan in order to answer biddings for new segements (Railway, Wind, Solar...) and export business.
投标及技术支持工程师主要负责新行业及出口业务投标过程中的技术支持，技术澄清，标书制作等工作
2.Give technical support to sales team, clarify technical specifications, optimize applications in biding stage
向销售队伍及客户提供技术支持，技术规范澄清，优化产品方案等
3.Tendering and quotation documentation establishment
技术文件，投标报价文件的制作
4.Support project manager and ETO for project execution if needed
在需要时支持项目经理和工程设计人员
