职位描述：
工作职责：
- Coordinate between Non-Asia team and Asia local team on demand and supplying.
- Lead the overall demand and supply arrangement to support Asia internal inter-company business, especially between ASEAN markets and Thailand factories.
- Analyze demands from each country, set priorities and drive maximization to meet demands from both internal & external customers.
- Work with factory planning team and logistic team to set priorities and drive maximization to meet demands from internal customers in Asia market
- Balance the production capacity and control the plant volume loading with on time delivery for committed bills at the same time.
- Follow up shipment schedule to minimize supply risk and ensure on time delivery.
- Act as the contact window for all production projects and take ownership in the whole process as demand details verification, production task allocation among plants and customer requirement settlements.
- Monthly KPI consolidation and reporting.
- Give full support to Marketing team during new product launch to keep the whole project on track, especially for sample production.
- Support process/system improvement projects as required.


任职资格：
- Bachelor degree or above with majored in Supply Chain;
- Minimal 3 years or above experience in customer service, production planning or demanding functions;
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong ability for planning, priority setting;
- Detail oriented and result driven;
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and proactive working attitude;
- Work with patience and independence;
- Integrity, trust;
- Fluency in both Chinese and English;
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP experience is preferred 举报 分享
