Responsibility:
1.Overall development and implementation of purchasing plan for materials in accordance with the target set by the company and carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing manager or designed team leader.
2.To identify , assess and propose suppliers in accordance with the target set by the company and the purchasing standard procedure operation procedures.
3.To audit and control of the suppliers on terms of their overall performance ( such as the quality , delivery etc )
4.To monitor the changes of the market price and conditions and analysis the impact of such changes to the competition.
5.To conduct the value analysis for each of the components in relation with make-buy-subcontract choices.
6.Purchasing documents and data management.
7.Secret responsibility for the relative information of technology and business etc.
8.As a member of the purchasing team , participate into overall purchasing development work.

Reqiurement:
1.Above college degree
2.Good English skill both in oral and written
3.Above 2 years relative working experience in metal or plastic parts, Automotive industry working experience is preferred
4.Understand project development process & APQP
5.Strong communicate & negotiation skill
