Key Accountabilities:
1 Customer concern management
2 Supplier quality management
3 Setting Q Standards and rule in the plant
4 Support factories in Q issues
5 Preventive Q activities con-form PEP+
6 Implementation of Q improvement
7 Establish and improve ISO 14001 environment system
8 Report to top management about the performance in environment system, including requirement of improvement, push and satisfy related dept to build the concept.
9 External relationship about environment system issues
10 Any other works assigned by supervisors.

Report to: General Manager

Requirement
1 Above College degree, major in mechanical or related.
2 5+ quality assurance experience in automotive industry

3 Familiar with automotive industry product design, manufacturing process, material handling, logistics process, etc.
4 Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control plans, 8D, Quality audits, etc.
5 Experience with building teams, developing processes and managing changes. Strong communication skills.
6 Fluent speaking and writing English
