职位描述：
Main Job Responsibilities:
Conduct DV/PV test
- Make a quotation according to customer requirement & validation plan with defined machine/label hours rate
- Keep validation cost in line with budget
- Make a test plan/schedule according to DV/P plan and considering the resource of testing machine.The answer should be on time，
- Discuss with Applicant about the test plan and have the solution to the problems
- Booking the machine according to test planning and machine resources，To consider other projects that is no clash with another project.
- Discuss with PM/PD to arrange a new schdule for related projects when the timing of projet was changed from PM/Applicant. Conduct the test plan is smooth from start to finished in third laboratory
- Conduct the purchase of fixture and verify the design、function、delivery time、cost etc. Additional fixture prepare on time
- To create the work instruction of test items according to customer‘s specification & provide training to test technician accordingly
- Monitor the process of testing that must be control by youself and abnormal situation should be not happen or early deterction of abnormal problems.
- Regular check with technician about the situation of project, moitor the process of testing that must be control by youself and abnormal situation should be not happen.or early deterction of abnormal problems. Regular check with technician about the situation of project
- To audit the test report according to specification and template of report.
- To create the test report by engineer depend on real situation. New test\ etc.Review the test report with Team/QP/Applicant and answer the question
- Problem solving
-Your suggestion should be taken into root course and analysis from your side when some test is failure. also you can discuss with team member about your proposal in advance
- Your action included an experiment and a theoretical analysis which are to validate in report/PPT
- Support and manage our laboratory to achieve continuous improvement.
- Monthly review maintenance list and record in logbook
- Contact supplier to repair machine when it have problem,Monthly review calibration list and notice owner.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirments：
- Min 3 years of work experience in the testing , familiar with control system（Testing software） of test device, know the installation process well and have solid work experience on field.
- Experience with test systems/ Aging test and testing device associated with this type of testing.
- Knowledge testing of past product design or failure analysis.
- Experience with the Aging test、Hydraulic Test、Air-inlent grille system in test analysis scopes.
- Have strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee
- University Degree in Mechatronic Engineering or similar.
- Language Fluent in English (oral and written)

Skill/ Qualification Requirments:
- Proficient in electronic equipment and the programming is preferred (PLC\labview..etc)
- Proficient in high polymer material analysis is preferred 举报 分享
