Responsibility
岗位职责

(1)Implement project management according to the product development process (PEP+) of BOS.

按BOS项目管理程序PEP+实施项目管理.

(2)Establish the project master plan and supervise the implementation.

制定项目时间计划并监控实施.

(3)Be responsible for establish the development budget and investment plan for projects.

Keep every project in the approved project development budget and trace accordingly.

负责制定及跟踪整个项目的预算和投资计划.

(4)Ensure the product concept design according to the BOS standard (incl technical controlling release).

Manage to validate the concepts and products design by means of prototype and testing.

产品设计符合BOS企业标准并组织样品试验来验证设计.

(5)Responsible for ensuring that the organization is working with the most up-to-date and pertinent engineering drawings, databases and parts list. 负责确保在最及时更新有关的工程图纸,数据库及部件清单.

(6)Implementing / creating good quality of Engineering documents according to APQP

根据APQP实施或创立高质量的工程技术文件.

(7)Coordinate the Manufacturing Resource Plan including specification, capital equipment, tooling, gauging and personnel and support the procurement for new launches accordingly.协调项目发起所需规范, 设备, 工装, 量具及人员的准备计划，以及支持相关的生产准备工作.

(8)Coordinate of quality documentation and work instruction for new equipment and tooling.

协助编制新设备和模具的质量文件及作业指导书

(9)Coordinate of quality documentation in the area of Process Flow diagrams, PFMEA, DFMEA, QA Function and Work Instructions

协助编制工艺流程图、PFMEA, DFMEA, QA功能和作业指导书的质量文件

(10)Manage and or conducts the meetings with customer, with respect to design, project general reviews, quality review and etc.

参加及或引导与客户会议, 如关于设计/启动评审等

(11)Manage and Submit the relevant documents (PPAP) including prototype, OTS and pilot samples and report to the customers per the commitment.

按客户要求提交相关的项目文件(PPAP)及各阶段的样品报告提交(Prototype, OTS, pilot).

(12)Be responsible to arrange and prepare customer’s visits and APQP audit.

负责安排和准备客户的拜访及APQP审核.

(13)Manage and Submit the regular project review reporting according to the TraDA Mission.

Just in time realization of the phase/gate approvals with the Management by well prepared documents.

按照TraDA定期提交项目评审报告，即使组织与高级管理层的项目阶段评审会议

(14)Assists the quotations for the new Project and the carried-on engineering changes in running project..

协助新项目的报价及开发项目中工程更改的报价进程。

(15)Search for the additional cost reduction potential in general and process cost reduction.

潜在的产品以及生产过程降成本管理.

(16)Reporting to Management any perceived deficiencies in the project development before failure to achieve a target is realized.向管理层报告任何项目启动中可能导致目标无法实现的感知缺陷.

(17)Supervise and assist project sub-supplier’s development and control. 监督及协助项目分供方的开发与控制.

(18)High quality submission to the customer (zero PPM) after SOP 监督项目量产后的产品质量并达到客户的PPM要求.

(19)Be the representative of BOS TC to contact with BOS headquarter and other subsidiaries regarding to

the project related issues.

负责BOS太仓与BOS总部或其他子公司有关项目事宜的联系.

(20)Safe launch activity of every project as preventive action by ensuring the customer requirement and Handling customer’s complaints in charged projects.支持生产早期遏制和客户投诉，确保产品符合客户的各方面规范.

(21)Provides Engineering support to other departments within the company as directed by the Engineering Manager. 提供由工程经理指示的对公司其它部门的工程支持.

(22)Any other works assigned by supervisors.上级指定的其他任何工作.

Requirement

岗位要求

(1)Above Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering and the relevant.

机械工程、汽车工程以及相关专业本科以上学历.

(2)5 years minimum Project management experience and 3 years minimum design & development experience in automotive industry. 5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验和3年以上汽车行业设计研发经验.

(3)Knowledge of TS16949 & QS9000 & VDA 6.0 project management required by OEMs. 熟悉TS16949 & QS9000 & VDA 6.0, 项目管理流程.

(4)Experience and Good coordination with automotive OEM, FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW is preferred.与汽车行业主机厂（FAW-VW, SGM, Daimler, BMW）有良好关系、经验者优先

(5)Thorough knowledge of APQP, Quality Engineering, Quoting Procedures, Contract Review and Supplier Management.熟悉APQP, 质量工程, 报价过程, 合同评审以及供应商管理

(6)Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Chart, Control Plans,

熟悉GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Chart, Control Plans

(7)Familiar with software such as Catia V4/V5, UG, PDM（Team-Center） 熟悉CAD 软件如CATIA V4/V5, UG , PDM (Team-Center)

(8)Skill and ability in project planning, coordination and organization in time according to the proper project management procedure.

(9)Ability to work under the challenge and pressure.具有一定的挑战能力和抗压能力.

(10)Can manage to travel at domestic and oversea very offen. 能经常出差.

(11)Exceptional organizational and communication skills with Fluent English in verbal and writing. 具有使用流利英语的组织能力和沟通能力.

(12)Fluent German in verbal and writing is preferred流利德语者优先.
