Key Responsibility:
1 Deploy lean manufacturing tools in production lines; promote Group systems and core values in the plant, such as Kanban system, one piece flow operation, Visual Management, TPM, 6 Sigma etc.
2 Introduce advanced IE ( Industrial Engineering) tools to improve SW (Standard Work) thus as to increase production efficiency;
3 Facilitate Kaizen (Quality Improvement Team) activities in quality, delivery, and cost.
4 Steer 5S committee to promote 5S activities on the shopfloor
5 Coordinate quality control plan to maintain high quality of products
6 Provide Kaizen training program to all staff within factory

Report to: General Manager

Requirement:
1 Above Bachelor degree in mechanics or related
2 At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing background. Quality or Operations / Production experience preferred
3 Familiar with LEAN production tools such as IE, 5S, Visual Management, TPM etc.
4 Familiar with quality improvement tools such as QIT/Kaizen, SPC, FMEA etc.
5 Good communication and coordination skills
6 Strong Leadership and be able to work under stress; .Good team player;
7 Fluent oral & written communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
