working requirement:

1.Graduate from college or similar vocational school

2.At least five years maintenance or equipment commission experience

3.Have the experience to lead maintenance team

4.Hard working, honest, strong practical ability

5.Familiar with AutoCAD and office

6.Strong responsibility and good communication

key responsibility:

1.Provide Equipment Maintenance facilities according to Plan

2.Keep all production equipment available for production as main target.

3.Provide appropriate resources for machine/equipment maintenance.

4.Develop and plan total preventive maintenance system

5.Evaluate Training needs and plan training in the area.

6.Control / Follow-up maintenance budgets. Follow-up maintenance targets.

7.Maintain premises in a state of order, cleanliness and discipline

8.Stimulate use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D-Report )

9.Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;

10.Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment

11.Coordinate partnership with extern suppliers;

12.Keep Organization structure considering back-up people;

13.Any other works assigned by supervisors.
