working requirement:

1.Bachelor degree ,mechanical design relative major

2.At least three years maintenance or equipment commission experience

3.Familiar with AutoCAD and office

4.Strong responsibility and good communication in English

key responsibility:
1.Project management for transfer of manufacturing equipment to Taicang.

2.Plan and design manufacturing equipment (mechanical part) in close cooperation with lead plants.

3.Maintain, modify, improve mechanical installations in manufacturing equipment.

4.Plan and carryout installation of new manufacturing equipment in Taicang.

5.Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment.

6.Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity.

7.Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements;

8.Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools;

9.Evaluate availability of replacement electrical parts for key manufacturing equipment.

10.Make preventive maintenance plan. Compile maintenance instruction, Offer guidance during implement. Update PM plan in time.

11.Offer support and guidance during maintenance, coordinate with OEM.

12.Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and replaces all types of mechanical components.

13.According drawing and parts, localization equipment spare parts.

14.Typical equipment fault analyze, compile manual, and training maintenance technician.

15.Any other works assigned by supervisors.
